We’ve had many people say they don’t know how much is enough when it comes to submitting. But whether its one word, or a whole fucking manifesto... if it fits the theme, we’ll print it! 

Poems, articles, think-pieces, grocery lists, receipts, notes app apologies, fortune cookie inserts, roach card numbers. Underworld will devour that sustenance and curl out a big fat steaming mag for you all to enjoy!

We accept any submissions which fit the current theme as described and as interpreted. Submissions can be anything from photography, poetry, long-form articles, art, illustrations, scans, etc. Essentially, if it can be put into print, we’ll accept it. When submitting, include your name (aliases are acceptable too!), social media handles, and pronouns. For text based submissions, please upload as a plain text document and attach any images in a separate file.

Submissions for Launch Party - Underworld is also seeking performance art and installation submissions for our launch party on February 28, 2026. To be considered for this, please submit any proposals by February 01, 2026. Performances are paid and any compensation can be discussed.
